I've been sleeping a bit better lately. I still have some insomnia problems, but it's been a lot better the past few weeks. Mainly, I've been trying to cut down on the amount of caffeine I consume, especially in the afternoon and evening. One of my fingernails got caught on something and tore. I didn't have a file or clipper handy, so I used my teeth to tear the nail off, but it was torn even worse than I realized, and ripping it off made my nail bleed.  My finger is sore. But I'm still typing.

I don't know, I just have a bad feeling about Hurricane Earl. The last I heard is that the Jersey Shore will be spared the worst of it. Still, I'm worried. Since I had the day off from work today I spent the better part of my day curled up on the couch Grand Bazaar. It's pretty cute, but it has a few flaws.
